My own photo gallery, because I wanted the storage and the processing to be mine. Amplify Gen 2 and AppSync over DynamoDB, with uploads landing in S3 and a Lambda running sharp to derive a responsive WebP ladder, pull EXIF, and generate a blur placeholder. Galleries can be unlisted behind a bcrypt password, checked by a Lambda authorizer so no read credential ever reaches the browser.
